Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to registration and attendance at DiData Sphere 2026, September 10, at Unisante, Lausanne, Switzerland.
1. Registration
Registration for DiData Sphere 2026 is free and subject to availability. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. DiData reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion, for example in case of duplicate or fraudulent entries.
2. Ticket Types
Ticket types (DiData Client, Speaker / Talk, Visitor, Online / Remote) determine your mode of access and available services on the day. The Online / Remote ticket is reserved for DiData Clients attending virtually and does not include on-site catering.
3. Cancellations and Transfers
As registration is free, no refund is applicable. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be released to another attendee. Registration transfers to a colleague are allowed up to 7 days before the event; please contact us with the new attendee's details.
4. Event Changes
DiData reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue where necessary. Registered attendees will be notified of any material changes by email.
5. Dietary and Accessibility Information
Food preferences and other requirements shared during registration are used solely to prepare catering and accommodations for the event and are shared only with our venue and catering partners as needed.
6. Photography and Recording
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for DiData's promotional and archival use. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your likeness in such materials. Please contact us on-site if you wish to opt out.
7. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff. DiData reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected through registration is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss and EU data protection law, and is used only for the organization and communication related to DiData Sphere 2026. For questions about your data, please contact us.
